
Therapy Services
I offer individual therapy sessions for young adults and adults (20-65 years in age) struggling with: Unresolved Trauma & PTSD, Depressed & Anxious Feelings, Relationships & Attachment Issues, Communication Issues, Anger (a misunderstood emotion), Life Transitions, Career planning, Family Planning, and Challenges as a Parent.
Sessions are 45 minutes in length and run weekly. I work with insurance plans as an out-of-network provider and provide courtesy billing for all my clients. Contact me with any questions and to see how we can use your insurance plan to offset the cost of therapy.
