Who I Am & How I Work
Healing begins in relationship.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I've spent years helping adults navigate trauma, anxiety, life transitions, and relationship challenges.
Over time, I came to recognize something many clients were already telling me:
"I understand why I feel this way...but I still feel stuck."
That realization led me to deepen my training in Somatic Experiencing®, Inner Relationship Focusing, and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy. These approaches honor the wisdom of both the mind and the body.
Today, my work integrates these disciplines to help clients reconnect with themselves in a way that feels grounded, compassionate, and sustainable.
My goal isn't simply to reduce symptoms.
It's to help you cultivate a greater sense of ease, resilience, and connection with yourself and others.
