About Me
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in New Jersey and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York, with a deep passion for helping people reconnect with themselves through trauma-informed, body-centered therapy. My approach is grounded in extensive training in Somatic Experiencing, Inner Relationship Focusing, Gestalt Therapy, Primal Therapy, and Somatic Bodywork, all of which support clients in healing not just through insight, but through the felt experience of safety and connection in their bodies.
In addition to my clinical work, I am a certified teacher of Biology & Anatomy & Physiology in New Jersey, a background that continues to inform my appreciation for the intelligence of the body and the science behind emotional healing.
